This policy explains how PB Rotator handles information for the app, website, waitlist, and support channels.
Overview
- PB Rotator is designed to be local-first. Core session setup, rotations, scores, history, and saved groups are stored on your device unless you choose to use sharing, account, waitlist, or support features.
- We do not sell personal data.
Information We Collect
- App data: player names, groups, rotation settings, scores, session history, and related organizer data that you enter into the app.
- Optional account or sync data: if you sign in or use cloud-backed features, we may process account identifiers and the session data needed to provide those features.
- Optional sharing data: if you generate or share session results, we process the content needed to create and display that shared result.
- Waitlist data: if you join the waitlist, we store your email address, optional name, selected site language, signup source, signup timestamp, and basic anti-abuse metadata.
- Support data: if you contact support, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, and diagnostic context you choose to provide.
How We Use Information
- We use information to run app features, provide support, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, communicate product updates when you opt in, and improve PB Rotator.
- We only use waitlist email addresses for product updates, early access, launch information, and related PB Rotator communications.
Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, app, infrastructure, email, analytics, crash reporting, payments, or support systems.
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, subscription, and billing information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect PB Rotator, users, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Your Choices
- You can avoid optional account, sharing, waitlist, and support features if you do not want that data processed outside your device.
- You can delete app data from your device by using in-app controls where available or by deleting the app.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting support.
Data Retention
- Local app data remains on your device until you delete it.
- Waitlist and support records are retained as long as needed for product communication, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and business operations.
Children
- PB Rotator is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
- We may update this policy as PB Rotator changes. The latest version will be posted at this URL with the updated date.
